In our second of two anti-racism online meetings, we welcome Aaron Wilson-Ahlstrom for an interactive workshop to empower ourselves to become anti-racists.
This meeting will challenge you to action and will include breakout sessions with smaller groups to strategize specific actions we can take.
Aaron Wilson-Ahlstrom (he/his) has been an anti-racism activist for many years. His focus is on educating white people that racism is a problem created by and for white people and helping them understand that they need to do their own work to understand racism and act to reduce it in America. Aaron is Director of Programs for Experience Institute and, as such, works to create experience-based learning programs that are relevant and transformational. For over 17 years, Aaron has also served as a facilitator for Allies for Change, an organization providing anti-oppression education, training, and resources for individuals and organizations committed to social change.
